Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of Contract

These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital artworks (download products) by Alan Crist to consumers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer completes the order and payment is confirmed.

3. License

The buyer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Commercial use (e.g. for products, advertising, websites, printed materials, or media) is not permitted without a separate written agreement with Alan Crist.

Without such an agreement, any business-related or resale use is strictly prohibited.

Redistribution, editing, or resale of the digital file is not allowed.

4. Delivery

Digital artworks will be provided as a download link after payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires with the start of the download (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR). Payment is securely processed via PayPal.

7. Liability

Alan Crist is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the digital files.

8. Copyright

All digital artworks remain the property and intellectual property of Alan Crist and are protected by international copyright law.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the residence of Alan Crist.
